How will I know if therapy is working?

You will feel better and stronger. Your confidence will improve, and you will feel more in control of your life. Done well, therapy will have lasting benefits that impact your life as a whole. And, while there is no guarantee in anything, I have helped hundreds of people to live better and feel better.

You will also have the benefit of pre and post measures. If you are suffering from PTSD, OCD, depression, or anxiety, you will complete a screening form which measures how active your symptoms are. This will be repeated at intervals to measure how well treatment is working. Also, upon intake, we will work together to set up specific goals to drive your therapy in the most effective direction for you.

If you are not benefiting from therapy alone, I can refer you to outside provider for medication, should you want. I can also refer you to a different therapist, if for any reason you do not feel my services are a good fit.

  • You will never be pressured to stay in therapy and can terminate at any time.
